Who we are

AFX Compute is part of Afriex Inc. (afriex.com). We provide dedicated GPU servers hosted in Kenya. Contact us at hello@afxcompute.com.

What we collect

When you book a call through our website, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and any notes you add.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your request, arrange a call, and prepare a quote. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Where it is processed

Booking details are handled by Calendly and delivered to our business email and calendar. Some of these services may process data outside Kenya. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case our contract terms apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@afxcompute.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (odpc.go.ke).
